Return and Exchange Policy
Eligibility:
- Timeframe: You may return or exchange items within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include customized or personalized items and gift cards.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Domestic Returns: We offer free return shipping for orders within Canada/ USA

International Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Instructions for Returning Items

Prepare Your Return:
- Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.
- Complete the Return Form included in your order or download it from our website here. Include the form in your return package.

Pack the Item:
- Place the item and the completed Return Form in the original shipping box or a suitable alternative. Ensure that the package is securely sealed.

Ship Your Return:
- For domestic returns, use the pre-paid return label provided in your original shipment. Affix the label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
- For international returns, please use a carrier of your choice and ship to the address below. Ensure you retain the tracking number for your records.
